The duo Village Cuts join PAM Club to give us a glimpse of their eponymous London parties where Africa, the Caribbean and Latin music are the masters of ceremony.
Founded in 2018, Village Cuts is experiencing a meteoric rise on the global scene, despite the hiatus brought on by the health crisis. With their English club culture as the backbone of their adventure, Michael Elvé and Matt Polly share a fresh and current vision of electronic music through their Village Cuts parties, their tours in Europe or East Africa, and their monthly show on Soho Radio, which hosts artists from all over the world. Whether they’re putting their skills as curators, organizers, DJs or producers to the test, the two from Village Cuts are always working with passion to bring people together on a borderless dancefloor, like their recent single with Ugandan MC Swordman Kitala. Inspired by the rhythms of Kenya, Congo, Colombia and elsewhere, they’re also remix masters, a talent that can be heard in this impeccable mix, which includes a handful of exclusives, announcing an album that will soon be released, inspired by a trip to Kenya!
