Peruvian duo Dengue Dengue Dengue unveils Son de Los Diablos – an EP named after a traditional Peruvian dance.
Dengue Dengue Dengue takes its influences of the Afro-Peruvian population with traditional instruments and cultural rituals such as street processions for song and dance with ‘devil masks’. For their new EP, Son De Los Diablos – translated to ‘Songs of The Devils’ and named after a traditional Peruvian dance – is the result of experimentation with traditional instruments and performing live musicians, including the famous Peruvian singer Lucha Reyes.
