The South African rapper is hitting his stride with new video “Block Hot,” the third in a series of surprise releases over the past few weeks.
The machine relaunched on November 9, his birthday, with “I Cannot Lose (Freestyle),” followed by “No Talk (Freestyle)” on November 23 and now “Block Hot.” This third track, released in January 2020, is even more provocative and marks Frank‘s international radio debut, placing him third in the Apple Music Top 100 in the US.
Real name Nhlanhla Tshabalala, he is 27 years old, and made his debut on the Mzansi music scene. Since then he has been unstoppable, and with good reason. His exceptional talent and freestyle spirit have made him well-known in South Africa and far beyond. The rapper doesn’t reveal anything about his private life to the media, but gives us a glimpse of it in his visuals: his team of parties, dealers, cars and luxury brands … A lively “Block Hot” atmosphere that he illustrates as well in fiery lyrics.
