South African TV personality and presenter Zulu Mkhathini AKA Dash is coming into his own as a solo musician with the release of a new single and video which features DJ Tira. The Durban born M.C. and TV host recently dropped new visuals for his new gqom track ‘Uniform’ and he says the song is his first project as a solo artist and it a symbol of his rebirth from Dash to Zulu Mkhathini.
The song speaks of embracing one’s identity and the video is shot in the same way. The video is a colorful showcase of children showing off their hot new dance moves while wearing their school uniform and it features prominent faces like Material Don Dada and was shot by Skyler Holic.
