With a 15 year career and two BET Award wins this versatile artist is capable of dropping the hardest rap track as well as the sweetest Afrobeats and Afropop songs. This was the case with \u201cNon Living Thing\u201d, a track featuring Nigeria\u2019s golden voice <a href=\"https:\/\/pan-african-music.com\/en\/tag\/oxlade\/\">Oxlade<\/a> taken from his latest album <em>No Pressure<\/em>. A true love jam, the song sees Sarkodie address his conflicted feelings about his relationship, as Oxlade delivers a bittersweet melodic chorus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNon Living Thing\u201d exemplifies well the direction taken on <em>No Pressure<\/em>. The album\u2019s title referred to Sarkodie\u2019s confidence in his craft, capable of bringing rap to any other musical dimension. \u201c<em>Some people sell out who they are to try and be accepted in different places<\/em>,\u201d he had said about the project. \u201c<em>I know who I am and what my sound is, and that\u2019s something I try not to lose because my authenticity is my power<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With 16 tracks ranging from classic hip-hop introspection (\u201cRollies and Cigars\u201d) to heavy trap (\u201cMarried To The Game\u201d) and groovy Afrobeats (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/pan-african-music.com\/en\/sarkodie-no-fugazy\/\">No Fugazy<\/a>\u201d), <em>No Pressure<\/em> features an international roster of heavyweight artists including Vic Mensa (US), Giggs (UK), Wale (US\/Nigeria), Cassper Nyovest (South Africa), Oxlade (Nigeria) and Harmonize (Tanzania) as well as Ghana\u2019s own <a href=\"https:\/\/pan-african-music.com\/en\/tag\/kwesi-arthur\/\">Kwesi Arthur<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pan-african-music.com\/en\/tag\/darkovibes\/\">DarkoVibes<\/a> and Medikal.
