With more than five projects under his belt, his eclectic style ranges from jazz to electronic music and Brazilian inspired sounds. Following <em><a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/album\/4VMdXWcghag5CgkfjIntrG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Confetti in the Sky Like Fireworks (This Is Bate Bola OST)<\/a><\/em>, released in 2019, he now returns with visuals for his new single, \u201cSometimes I Forget How Summer Looks on You,\u201d featuring the rock band Ohmme. Filmed on a Chicago rooftop, the video is tinged with nostalgic colors and features women happily playing with jump ropes. The song\u2019s hypnotic drums are coupled with LaMar Gay\u2019s elegant poetry, which reaches a peak towards its end. \u201cSometimes I Forget How Summer Looks on You\u201d is the first single from <em>Open Arms to Open Us<\/em>, scheduled for release on November 19.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOpen Arms to Open Us<em> is full of rhythm or information that will assist my young folk in dealing with the repetition of things that aim to harm them or stunt their holistic progression<\/em>,\u201d LaMar Gay writes about the album. \u201c<em>The title is a suggestion of a body movement that is used in many spiritual practices and is also a gesture that represents a type of understanding that leads to touch or a hug.
