The young Cameroonian DJ has released an extract from his new EP, Before Zeun Ya Yop<\/em>, which will be released on his birthday, June 12. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The producer, originally from the Cameroonian capital, Yaound\u00e9, defines himself as a “free thinker” on “No Lele,” a single released in collaboration with Sizeless. In the track “Zeun Ya Yop<\/em>,” Nkom Bivou\u00e9 takes on the persona of an alien straight from the planet Sir\u00fan and names his dancing fans the “Sir\u00fanians.<\/em>” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a cut from his new EP, Before Zeun Ya Yop<\/em>, which the DJ will unveil on June 12. It marks a taster of his debut full-length album, entitled “Zeun Ya Yop,” which will be released a month later. On the program: gqom, Afrohouse, African rhythms and EDM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
