The Australian-Zimbabwean rapper is making her mark on the Oceania music scene with this single, which comes ahead of a new EP, Last Year Was Weird, Vol. 3<\/em>. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Tkay Maidza continues her Last Year Was Weird<\/em> project, the first volume of which was released in 2018 and the second in 2020. Following “Syrup” and “Kim,” released in collaboration with the American singer Young Baby Tate, Tkay has unveiled “Cashmere,” a new single from the third part of Last Year Was Weird<\/em>. The song is accompanied by a vibrant visual in which the rapper flies in the sky, resplendent in a white dress at the wheel of her pickup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Australian up-and-comer will tour with the American rising star, Princess Nokia<\/a> in Europe next fall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Year Was Weird, Vol. 3<\/em> will be released on July 9, via Dew Process<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
