Village Cuts is influenced by all kinds of dance music, wherever it comes from: Afrobeat, cumbia, highlife and rumba blend together perfectly against a backdrop of typical underground British sounds. For Penya, this collaboration marks a significant move, since the group is on a quest to combine different global musical influences. Their name comes from the Spanish word “Peña,” meaning “a place of meeting and celebration for artists.”

Albert’s Favourites · <a href="https://soundcloud.com/alberts-favourites/tanto-tiempo-feat-penya-1/s-2G0qbVV0IdU" title="Tanto Tiempo feat.
