It acts as a way of reminding us that, half a century ago, the countries of North and West Africa were not those traced by colonists.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><iframe style=\"border: 0; width: 100%; height: 120px;\" src=\"https:\/\/bandcamp.com\/EmbeddedPlayer\/album=2237449632\/size=large\/bgcol=ffffff\/linkcol=0687f5\/tracklist=false\/artwork=small\/transparent=true\/\" seamless loading=\"lazy\"><a href=\"https:\/\/guedraguedra.bandcamp.com\/album\/vexillology\">Vexillology by Guedra Guedra \u0643\u062f\u0631\u0629 \u0643\u062f\u0631\u0629<\/a><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The culture of the Sahara shares rhythms and songs with Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania, Mali and Senegal. As proof, just take Abdellah&#8217;s pseudonym, Guedra Guedra \u2013 this double word refers &#8220;<em>both to the dance of nomadic women of the desert and, at the same time, to a pot used for cooking, also used as percussion<\/em>&#8221; he explained during an interview for WFP last April.
