These experiences, put on display in her previous <em>questapes<\/em> that experimented with sound and spoken word, examine black African female perspective without ignoring an individual sense of loss, love and identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Betina Quest\u2019s full LP will be released November 11th with another single <em>Privilege<\/em> on its way. The LP will be accompanied by a cross-media art piece of music, poetry, and photography with a clear aim, \u201cwe have to heal to form healthier, saner societies.\u201d Betina says, \u201cI often wondered how I could contribute to the change I want to see.
