Indeed, one feels the rapper has enjoyed the making of this project. The instrumentals are modern and melodious, Joey B excels in his technical and musical verses, and the guest list is impressive. Having brought together two of the biggest Ghanaian artists, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie, he also invited M3NSA from Fokn Bois and a good part of the underground and emerging Ghanaian rap scene (EL., Pappy Kojo, Ko-Jo Cue, Bosom P-Yung, Rjz). Santi and Odunsi from Lagos, ambassadors of the Alt\u00e9 scene, are also on the project. The connection is quite coherent: in his own way, Joey B is also a representative of West African alternative music. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having started music in 2011, he quickly made a name for himself for his avant-garde rap style and his stylish and humourous visual identity. Close to artists like Pappy Kojo, La M\u00eame Gang or DRB LasGidi, his latest mixtape &#8220;Darryl&#8221; dates from 2017 and was a big success with hits like \u201cChorkor Special\u201d or \u201cRanger\u201d.
