In 2014 his debut mixtape,\u00a0<i>The God Complex<\/i>, received critical acclaim and marks the beginning of phenomenal rise.\u00a0On his most recent album released in 2017,<em> At What Cost<\/em>,\u00a0and the\u00a0Grammy-nominated\u00a0track &#8220;Crew&#8221;, the MC\u00a0pays homage to his hometown, Washington D.C.<\/p>\n<p>The new song &#8220;Zulu Screams&#8221; features British-Nigerian\u00a0hitmaker Maleek Berry and vocalist Bibi Bourelly, who is best known for writing Rihanna&#8217;s &#8220;Bitch Better Have My Money.&#8221;\u00a0Zulu Screams&#8221; is an afrobeat vibe, perfect for the summertime. Maleek Berry comes through on the hook with additional vocals of Bibi Bourelly.<\/p>\n<p>GoldLink told\u00a0Zane Lowe\u00a0on his\u00a0Beats 1 show teased his new album saying that he&#8217;s been listening to Nigeria&#8217;s &#8220;alte&#8221; scene. &#8220;There&#8217;s this kid\u00a0Santi\u00a0from Nigeria, the alt\u00e9 movement and those kids with the alt\u00e9 movement.
