Initially played at the Tropical Discoteq in Paris by DJ Nomad, this\u00a0amazing unreleased track received on a home-burned CD draws the attention of Pascal Rioux from Favorite Records.\u00a0It became clear that the track needed to be\u00a0accessible to people who wanted to play it while giving the original artist full credits.<\/p>\n<p>The licensing work and the search for the stems resulted in an ongoing three-year quest that was crowned by the finding of the ADAT containing the original tracks.\u00a0&#8220;I remember the first time I listened to this type of drumming and signing, live at the re-enactment of the slave riots, and being completely emotionally overwhelmed by it.&#8221; reminds DJ Nomad.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/bandcamp.com\/EmbeddedPlayer\/album=1061053375\/size=large\/bgcol=ffffff\/linkcol=0687f5\/artwork=small\/transparent=true\/tracklist=true\/tracks=3585362018,2686815238\/esig=f050d5517e8edaf168d7aa04da80c46e\/\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" seamless=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><a href=\"http:\/\/favoriterecordings.bandcamp.com\/album\/mizik-bel\">Mizik Bel by Esnard Boisdur<\/a><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As Africaine 808, Dirk Leyers and DJ Nomad stretched it on remix version, adding synth part without losing the focus of Esnard\u2019s beautiful voice and lyrics, describing caribbean music in all its diversity and beauty.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mizik Bel<\/em> out on September 16th.
