The<\/span> flag bearer for the vanguard of South Africa\u2019s electro scene is back with <\/span>Zeno<\/span><\/i>, a real and uncompromising concentration of shining Zulu house. Gathering around him the new guard of the South African electro scene, he intends to prove that the Rainbow Nation can shine all by itself. His third album is <\/span>so shaped by Zulu house hits that it confirms Muzi<\/a><\/span>\u2019s artistic precision.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fly or Die II: bird dogs of paradise<\/span><\/i> is the much-anticipated follow-up to composer, trumpeter, and (now) singer Jaimie Branch<\/a><\/span>\u2019s debut Fly or Die<\/em>. This new album <\/span>is the result of a never-satisfied branch pushing her distinct style of progressive composition to new heights \u2014 while also stepping forward as a vocalist for the first time.<\/span><\/p>\n

The figurehead of Afrowave sound sweeping the UK\u00a0<\/span>cements his greatness with third volume of his \u201cAfrowave\u201d serie<\/span>. On this new album Afro B doesn\u2019t compromise his sound, fuses afrobeats with a unique combination of dancehall, hip-hop, reggae and R&B.\u00a0<\/span>As well as including already-heard tunes, the 16-track album also contains a whole heap of brand-new singles\u00a0such like the hit single \u201cMad Mad Mad (Fiya Dance)\u201d<\/p>\n

Future Afro-Latin jazz house from Italian master percussionist, multi-instrumentalist and composer Gabriele Poso. Following a long-term collaborative partnership with Osunlade \/ Yoruba Records, on <\/span>Batik<\/span><\/i> Poso further develops and matures his sound – exploring his extensive roots in Afro-Cuban percussion, while delving into the realms of jazz and soulful house. Entirely self-produced this new album features guest vocalists Nailah Porter, Nina Rodriguez, Quetzal Guerrero & Sofia Rollo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sao Paulo\u2019s rapper and singer Drik Barbosa drops her first and eponymous album after gaining a certain reputation from her EP <\/span>Espelha<\/span><\/i>, last year. On the 11 tracks mixing baile funk, rap and R&B, she invites the elite figures from urban brazilian scene as Emicida, Karol Conk\u00e1 and Luedji Luna, among others brilliant artists.<\/span><\/p>\n

David Walters<\/h5>\n

Before an upcoming album in 2020 on Heavenly Sweetness, David Walters shares\u00a0Mama EP.<\/em>\u00a0A track in which the balafon\u2019s woody resonance, the meditative flute and the female choruses return to the Creole roots of David, recall the memory of his Caribbean grandfather exiled to New York. The EP includes two remixes; one by producer Patchworks that echoes of Roy Ayers and Lonnie Liston Smith, and on the second one the producers D\u00e9ni-Shain and Mister Francky deliver a dancefloor remix that sails in the same waters that the David Walters original track.<\/span><\/p>\n
