The creative collaboration between\u00a0Maxwell Owin,\u00a0Lynda Dawn,\u00a0Lex Amor,\u00a0Labdi,\u00a0K15,\u00a0Hibotep,\u00a0Faizal Mostrixx and\u00a0Karun is<\/span>\u00a0sparked by\u00a0Brittish Council &amp; Arts Council England&#8217;s new programme,\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">for a week-long writing camp in Nairobi.\u00a0The result will be an audio-visual album, a documentary and series of events in East Africa and the UK.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>All the artists will embark on a UK tour in February 2020, stopping off in London, Manchester and Liverpool. The project is\u00a0inspired by the fusion experiments of American saxophonist Monk Higgins, on his 1968 album of the same name.
