This compilation presented by Bongo Joe,\u00a0and whose first single from the band Africa Negra was published on PAM a short while ago,\u00a0unravels a story of liberation where the music of Africa, Europe and the Americas unify with a carefree spirit,\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personified by a phrase the islanders use in repitition<\/span>: &#8220;leve, leve&#8221; (&#8220;take it easy&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1dMM-_F43BY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0collection of\u00a0tracks\u00a0has a rich, complex and idiosyncratic musical DNA that lifts the veil on the mysteries and secrets of the island territories of S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 and Pr\u00edncipe.\u00a0 &#8216;Nga ba compensadora&#8217; from the iconic leader of\u00a0Os Leonenses, Pedro Lima, is the new track to be unveiled by Bongo Joe before the release of the compilation.<\/p>\n<p><em>L\u00c9VE L\u00c9VE S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 &amp; Principe sounds 70s\u200b-\u200b80s, <\/em>out on 31 January 2020 via Bongo Joe.
