Big Conspiracy<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/h5>\n
J Hus<\/h5>\n

The follow-up to 2017\u2019s BRIT and Mercury-nominated\u00a0Common Sense<\/em>, J Hus\u2019 latest album,\u00a0Big Conspiracy<\/em> is far more diverse than J-Hus debut album.\u00a0<\/em>It featured unique collaborations from present-day dancehall queen\u00a0Koffee\u00a0to afrobeat\u00a0giant\u00a0Burna Boy. Hus explained that the album was due to feature R&B singer Ella Mai but her vocals have not yet been cleared.\u00a013 tracks doped with Afrobeat, dancehall and of course grime rhythms. It seems Hus is swinging into the new year with an ultra-refined sonic vision.<\/p>\n

Suite for Max Brown<\/i><\/h5>\n
Jeff Parker<\/h5>\n

Suite for Max Brown <\/em>is\u00a0a tribute to guitarist Jeff Parker\u2019s mother, whose photograph appears on the cover. It features nine original songs as well as “Gnarciss,” an interpretation of Joe Henderson’s “Black Narcissus,” and John Coltrane’s “After the Rain.” Parker recorded the album with his New Breed ensemble, which features Makaya McCraven on drums, vocals from Parker\u2019s daughter Ruby, and others.<\/p>\n

Kota is at his best with consciousness flows tackle themes of depression, seeing the world through tour travel and ending the need to please everybody.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pan-African collective\u00a0Les Amazones d\u2019Afrique<\/a>\u00a0is back with\u00a0Amazones Power<\/em>, the sequel to the widely acclaimed 2017 debut album,\u00a0Republique Amazone<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span>In 2017, Les Amazones d\u2019Afrique<\/span>\u00a0made a huge impact with this debut album\u00a0s<\/em>inging out against gender inequality.\u00a0This time, Les Amazones reach has also extended further, bringing in new voices and rising stars from across Africa, including Beninese vocalist\u00a0Fafa Ruffino, Guinean musician, dancer and artist\u00a0Niariu,\u00a0<\/strong>France-based rapper DJ Moesha13 and also Roselyne Belinga, Nancy Murillo, Nacera Ouali Mesbah, Vale\u0301rie Tribord, Vale\u0301rie Belinga, Abby Surya and Patricia Essong.<\/p>\n
