After a heavy 2019 of releasing singles including hit single like \u201cDance on the Table\u201d or \u201cJiggy Pop\u201d, Kida Kudz, has finally released his long-awaited debut mixtape, Nasty<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span>It features 10 track with guest appearances from Tanika, Chip and Jaykae on the \u201c1\u00a0AM\u201d single released few weeks ago.\u00a0<\/span>Signed to Disturbing London, the British-Nigerian artist is pushing his own distinctive afroswank genre – a darker, groove orientated twist on afrobeats.\u00a0Songs like \u201cBig Up\u201d\u00a0<\/span>and \u201cMotive\u201d are definitely worth listening.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re New Again: A Reimagining by Makaya McCraven<\/em><\/h4>\n

To mark the tenth anniversary of the release of I\u2019m New Here, the thirteenth\u2014and last\u2014studio album from the legendary US musician, poet and author Gil Scott-Heron, acclaimed US jazz musician Makaya McCraven release a unique reinterpretation of the album. It\u2019s set to follow in the footsteps of Jamie\u00a0xx\u2019s highly acclaimed 2011 remix album We\u2019re New Here<\/em> and will be McCraven\u2019s first release of 2020, following the huge global acclaim heaped upon his 2018 album Universal Beings.<\/p>\n

In promotion of their upcoming concert at the Sun Arena, Pretoria, the scorpion kings have released their third studio album, <\/span>Scorpion Kings Live. <\/span><\/i>The 14-track album features the pre-released singles \u201cPhoyisa\u201d, featuring Casper Nyovest and QwestaKufet, and the recently released hit, eMcimibini, featuring Aymos, Samthing Soweto, Mas Musiq and Myztro. The much-anticipated concert was initially teased by the <\/span>Phoyisa<\/span><\/i> hitmaker at the beginning of the year, in a post asking if their fans would purchase tickets to the concert.<\/span><\/p>\n
