Since then the collective has been growing and preparing another release, <em>New Tangents in Kampala, London &amp; Nairobi<\/em>. This session is set to include Faizal Mostrixx (UG), Hibotep (UG), K15 (UK), Karun (KE), Labdi (KE), <a href=\"https:\/\/pan-african-music.com\/en\/tag\/lex-amor\/\">Lex Amor<\/a> (UK), Lynda Dawn (UK) and Maxwell Owin (UK) now with the with the addition of Itsmdnyt (UG), XL Middleton (US), Xenia Menasseh (KE), Sola (UK) and <a href=\"https:\/\/pan-african-music.com\/en\/tag\/azu-tiwaline-2\/\">Azu Tiwaline<\/a> (TUN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<iframe style=\"border: 0; width: 100%; height: 120px;\" src=\"https:\/\/bandcamp.com\/EmbeddedPlayer\/album=3384694867\/size=large\/bgcol=ffffff\/linkcol=0687f5\/tracklist=false\/artwork=small\/transparent=true\/\" seamless=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><a href=\"https:\/\/extrasoulperception.bandcamp.com\/album\/new-tangents-in-kampala-london-and-nairobi\">New Tangents In Kampala, London and Nairobi by Extra Soul Perception<\/a><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Three years in the making, work started on the album at a writing camp in Nairobi, and was completed remotely over the course of the worldwide lockdowns of 2020 and 2021. The album celebrates the potential of collaboration, both in a physical and digital sense.&nbsp; Innovators in their own fields, each artist brings unique knowledge and musical culture to the project, collectively they represent a broad spectrum of sound. The latest edition features an inspiring mixture of soul, glitchy beats, spoken word and bumping instrumentals. Embracing the same values of the writing camp but through virtual collaborations, seeing \u2018soul\u2019 as much in the spiritual sense as the musical one, expanding the sound into new territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A series of singles are already available including the extra smooth \u201cProbably Never\u201d by Maxwell Owin &amp; Xenia Menasseh ft.
