Led by Bruno “Patchworks” Hovart, Voilaaa’s new release features Pat Kalla, Ramatou Traore and Ayuune Sule.
After the widely acclaimed On te l’avait dit and Des Promesses, Voilaaa comes back with a new EP channelling the same recipe : a blend of African rhythms such as highlife and afrobeats and the festive nature of disco.
This new release, produced by Bruno “Patchworks”, also features vocals from his long time collaborator Pat Kalla as well as from Ramatou Traore and Ghanaian singer Ayuune Sule.
First excerpt from the EP, eponym track “Tu Mens Devant Moi” brings out an old-school disco bassline, while Ramatou Traore sings with her high-pitched voice.
