Kwesi Arthur returns to Tema for the ‘See No Evil’ visuals

In “See No Evil” the young rapper sings reflects on his recent success: “see no evil, everything good, everything blessed”. Having started his career in 2015 with the single “Grind Day”, he is now considered as one of the best artists in the increasingly abundant and competitive Ghanaian rap scene. His success is undeniable: Kwesi Arthur has to his credit numerous international collaborations (Mr Eazi from Nigeria or South African Nasty C) and was awarded by the Ghana Music Awards in 2018 for the Hip-Hop Song of the Year with “Grind Day (Remix)”, featuring Sarkodie and Medikal. He was also nominated the same year for the BET Awards for the Best International Act. This success is partly due to his ability to channel different popular genres in Ghana.
