Fireboy DML releases visuals for ‘Jealous’

Fireboy DML, who sometime last year, caught ears and ears with his “Sing” collaboration with Oxlade, has been one of the young stars to watch out for ever since.

DMW boss Davido who tweeted lines of his the song (“so wetin come be this one? Who dey follow you do competition?”) was rumoured to be in the running to sign the Afro Highlife artiste but it was Olamide who snagged the talented act. Fireboy DML later went on to feature prominently on the December – released YBNL Mafia compilation album. Alongside labelmates and stars, Fireboy made his input significant with his unique sound breathing life into songs like “I’ll Be Fine”, “Fire Down” and “Finally” (a duet with Temmie Ovwasa).

It is previously released single Jealous however, that has proven to be the breakout song from his collection of great songs. Sometime last month, Fireboy DML and label boss employed a comical and surely efficient PR stunt for the forthcoming visuals by apportioning blame to a Nigerian bank for delaying the release of Fireboy’s money, money meant for shooting the video.
